CBRE and SVN | Parsons arrange 34,764 s/f of office leases in Mass.

Boston, MA CBRE has arranged eight new office leases and one expansion for LifeStance Health, Inc., a national outpatient behavioral health company, across the Greater Boston area. CBRE’s Emmett Purcell and SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston’s Alex Berger represented LifeStance Health in the transactions totaling 34,764 s/f. 

“The expansion of LifeStance to new offices across Massachusetts has been welcomed by landlords during a time of slowed office demand. It has been a pleasure working with LifeStance to help broaden their network to provide needed clinical services to our communities,” said Berger, senior advisor, SVN | Parsons.

The leases include: 

• 5,298 s/f at 6 Kimball Ln., Lynnfield, Mass.;

• 4,116 s/f 11 Midstate Dr., Auburn, Mass.

• 4,142 s/f at 800 Turnpike St., North Andover, Mass.;

• 4,678 s/f at 200 Baker Ave., Concord, Mass.;

• 4,000 s/f at 120 Boston Rd., Groton, Mass.;

• 4,010 s/f at 25 Birch St., Milford, Mass.;

• 3,200 s/f at 4 Collins Ave., Plymouth, Mass.; and

• 5,320 s/f at 101 Accord Park Dr., Norwell, Mass.
