In a transaction arranged by CBRE Group, Family & Children's Agency signed a 10-year, 9,000 s/f lease at the freestanding property at 140 Water St., which is owned by David Anspach. The non-profit human service organization is relocating from a nearby 6,000 s/f property.
CBRE's David Block and Barbara Segalini-Stilley negotiated the long-term lease on behalf of Family & Children's Agency, while Silver Pine Real Estate of Wilton, represented the building ownership.
"The property at 140 Water Street is an excellent location within the Norwalk marketplace," said Segalini-Stilley, who serves as vice president at CBRE.
