Press/Cuozzo completes $1.9 million sale of 215 Church Street
Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, has completed the sale of 215 Church St. This landmark single-tenant property is net leased to the Bank of Southern CT and functions as their corporate headquarters and downtown New Haven branch.
This elevatored 11,306 s/f free standing brick building offers a CBD location just off of the Green and next to the Quinnipiac Club with 20+ car parking.
Press, as marketing aagent, represented the building ownership, 215 Church Street LLC and Frank Micali CCIM, represented the vuyer NET2-215 Church, LLC.
The transaction closed at $1.9 million.
