CCIM Conn. chapter deal of the month:Patten of Proto Group sells 7,550 s/f
North Haven, CT According to The Connecticut CCIM Chapter, Steve Patten, CCIM, of The Proto Group brokered the sale of A to Z Rental Center, located at 631 Washington Ave.
A to Z Rental Center, LLC operated in that location since the 1960s. Durant’s signed a five-year lease to remain in the property as part of the business sale. The 7,550 s/f building sits on 0.69 acres.
The business sold for $700,000 and closed on March 1, 2021.
The Proto Group was the sole broker.
