Hartford, CT Connecticut CCIM Chapter exhibited at the 2019 ICSC New England Retail Connection held at the Connecticut Convention Center on March 20.

This expo is the areas largest regional retail real estate conference. It was held by the ICSC New England Chapter.

The CCIM booth was well attended by commercial real estate professionals interested in learning more about what CCIM represents.

The luncheon keynote presentation by Mary Rottler, executive vice president of leasing and operations, Seritage Growth Properties, New York, N.Y., was very well done. Rottler gave tremendous insight into how the former Sears stores are being redeveloped and repositioned by her company to maximize value.
