CCIM CT to hold Dealmaker Awards and installation of officers
Hamden, CT The CCIM Connecticut Chapter’s annual installation of officers and Dealmaker Awards will be held at New Haven Country Club on Thursday, November 29, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Register by Friday, November 16 for the early registration rate. chapter members and annual sponsors are $55.00 and non-members are $65.00. New Haven Country Club is at 160 Hartford Tpke. Open bar-networking is from 5 - 7 p.m. and dinner is at 6 p.m.
Following dinner are the event and annual sponsor presentations, award presentations, installation of officers and networking (cash bar). Register today to enter the raffle to win an iPad (winner needs to be present).
Dealmaker Awards will be presented for: Investment sale, multifamily sale, retail sale, retail lease, office sale, office lease, industrial sale, industrial lease, land sale, land lease, and other transaction.
At the conclusion of the event, the leadership team for 2019 will be inducted.
