Charter Realty is leasing and redeveloping the 850,000 s/f Columbia Mall

Charter Realty & Development Corp. is leasing and redeveloping the Columbia Mall located off of exit 232 of I-80. This mall is 850,000 s/f and is anchored by Bon Ton, JCPenney, Sears and a movie theatre. The mall will be renovated and has spaces of 4,800 - 65,000 s/f available. Outside pad sites and freestanding boxes will also be added adjacent to the mall.
