Heiss of Largo Capital arranges $6.05 million sale of Sunshine Plaza

Kevin Heiss, account executive for Largo Capital, Inc., arranged $6.05 million for the acquisition of Sunshine Plaza, an 111,189 s/f shopping center. Sunshine Plaza is located ten miles from I-75 along Homestead Rd. North, a major thoroughfare in town.
The subject is currently 98% occupied by 23 tenants, including national tenants such as Winn Dixie, Ace Hardware, Rent-A-Center, Family Dollar and Advance America.
Kevin Heiss secured a 7-year loan at a fixed rate of 5.57% and a 30-year amortization schedule and a 5.57% interest rate for the borrower.
