Charter Realty welcomes Furze as senior vice president

Dedham, MA Charter Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage firm specializing in leasing strategies for landlord and tenant representation, national rollouts, and investment sales, has welcomed Bryan Furze, a seasoned leader in retail real estate, to the firm as senior vice president.

Furze brings more than two decades of experience overseeing and adding value to some of the most prestigious retail portfolios in the Northeast. His career includes key leadership roles at Crosspoint Associates, Linear Retail, Federal Realty and WS Development, where he managed nearly 30 million s/f of retail properties throughout New England and Long Island, and Chicago. His expertise spans value creation, development, and operations of shopping centers and mixed-use projects.

Furze most recently served as senior vice president of leasing at WS Development leading the leasing efforts across more than 50 shopping centers in New England and Pennsylvania. He works with a wide range of tenants including national brands ranging from Walmart, Whole Foods, and Sephora to regional and local operators. Furze brings a deep understanding of how to position core retail assets for long-term success.

Furze is a Certified Retail Professional (CRP) and Certified Development Professional (CDP) with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he has held leadership roles including chair of the New England Government Relations Committee and membership on the International Diversity Committee.

Throughout his career, Furze oversaw the redevelopment of dozens of shopping centers and master planned and assembled millions of square feet of urban and mixed-use developments.
