O’Hara of Coldwell Banker Commercial represents AAA Northeast in $3.2 million building purchase
Milford, CT Christopher O’Hara, senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT (CBC) represented AAA Northeast in the $3.2 million sale of 302 Woodmont Rd. The 18,000 s/f property serves as an automobile services center with supporting office space on 3.77 acres, located ¼ mile off I-95.
AAA Northeast purchased the facility as part of AAA’s consolidation of several facilities throughout southern CT. The seller was Progressive Casualty Insurance LLC.
AAA is a national not for profit automobile services company providing auto, travel and financial services.
AAA Northeast offers services to members in R.I., Conn., Mass., N.H., N.J. and Long Island, N.Y.
