Colliers International and Burgess Properties arrange 11,000 s/f lease expansion for ABC Supply

Colliers International has arranged the 11,000 s/f expansion for ABC Supply (ABC) at 25 Sycamore Ave. ABC was able to expand their current footprint in this class A industrial building with showroom space to occupy the entire 43,000 s/f. Colliers' senior vice president Austin Smith represented ABC. The landlord, Sycamore Montrose, LLC, was represented by president Phil Burgess, of Burgess Properties. 25 Sycamore Ave. offers ABC access to a very dense demographic of contractors and home owners. "The physical structure offers a perfect mix of secure outdoor storage, indoor storage, and both tail-board and drive-in loading docks. The building truly is a world class distribution point for this type of use," said Smith. "We have been very successful with the site at 25 Sycamore Ave.,"said Tom Barnes, real estate asset manager at ABC. "Having the ability to expand into the entire building after relocating here was key to maintaining our flexibility and adding to our capacity. The heads-up information provided by Colliers was valuable and timely."
