Caritas Norwood Hospital has executed a new 12,000 s/f medical/office lease at The Campus at Chestnut Green. Colliers Meredith & Grew senior vice president Robert Cronin and associate William Lynch represented Caritas Norwood Hospital. Associate Cal Hudak of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord VinCo Properties, Inc.

The Campus at Chestnut Green, the 93-acre redevelopment of the former Foxborough State Hospital, will include over 100,000 s/f of office space, 60,000 s/f of retail and over 200 housing units when complete.
