Colliers Meredith & Grew's Cronin and Lynch arrange 12,000 s/f lease for Caritas Norwood Hospital at Chestnut Green

Caritas Norwood Hospital has executed a new 12,000 s/f medical/office lease at The Campus at Chestnut Green. Colliers Meredith & Grew senior vice president Robert Cronin and associate William Lynch represented Caritas Norwood Hospital. Associate Cal Hudak of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord VinCo Properties, Inc. The Campus at Chestnut Green, the 93-acre redevelopment of the former Foxborough State Hospital, will include over 100,000 s/f of office space, 60,000 s/f of retail and over 200 housing units when complete. "With Chestnut Green's strategic location within Caritas Norwood Hospital's target service area, moving to Chestnut Green is a real 'win-win' situation for both Caritas and the developer of the project, VinCo Properties," said Cronin. "As a new, state-of-the art mixed-use development featuring offices, retail, multi-family, single-family housing and a number of new recreational amenities, Chestnut Green offers Caritas and their affiliated medical practices an outstanding expansion opportunity."
