As one of the original tenants at 191-201 Williams St., a 250,000 s/f first-class industrial center owned and managed by Combined Properties, Hardware Products has been at this Chelsea location since 1986.
Combined Properties's Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing, represented the landlord and David Corkery of CBRE New England represented Hardware Products.
