Combined Properties negotiates 11,873 s/f renewal with Hub Foods
Chelsea, MA According to Combined Properties, Hub Foods has renewed its 11,873 s/f lease with Combined Properties at 36 Auburn St. Hub Foods is a wholesaler of baked goods and snack products. Hub Foods has been in the city since 2006 and operating since 1985.
“We are thrilled to continue our relationship with Hub Foods. Celebrating 16 years, it’s clear the location has proven to be productive, and we look forward to Hub Foods’ ongoing success,” said Greg Regazzini, senior vice president and director of leasing at Combined Properties, who represented the landlord in this transaction.
