The Conrad Group, Inc. brokers $2.6 million sale
Chicopee, MA The Conrad Group, Inc has recently sold 1125 Sheridan St. The building contains 39,600 s/f of space on 3.44 acres. The fully leased building is leased to Ferguson Plumbing.
Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, said, “This building is a highly desirable asset. It has the location just off the Mass Pike, great office and warehouse space and an excess of outside storage space in a fenced in parcel.”
Conrad was assisted by James McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group. The firm represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction. According to the Registry of Deeds, the price was $2.6 million.
