The Commercial Council of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors (GHAR) held its third annual Greater Hartford Open golf tournament at Wampanoag Country Club in late June and was able to donate nearly $14,000 in support of Kuhn Employment Opportunities, Inc. and the Ellen Jeanne Goldfarb Memorial Charitable Trust.
"We are proud to donate our golf tournament proceeds in support of these special organizations that do outstanding work in our communities," said Phil Gagnon, Commercial Council chair. "The generosity of our membership and sponsors made the golf outing a huge success."
The Commercial Real Estate Council of GHAR is proud to present Kuhn Employment and the Goldfarb Trust with these donations. Kuhn Employment supports individuals with disabilities as they participate in community employment through assessment, job development, on-the-job training, and on-the-job supports. The Ellen Jeanne Goldfarb Trust supports youth and their involvement in the arts.
GHAR would like to extend a special thank you to the golf outing sponsors: Winstanley Enterprises, LLC, New Boston Fund Real Estate Investment Services, and Grunberg Realty Management, Inc.
