Melillo of H. Pearce brokers two transactions

Dave Melillo of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate recently sold a 16, 315 s/f office building to 87 Colony Street, LLC. The office space located at 87 Colony St. will be used by Luchs Consulting Engineers, LLC, and De Carlo & Doll Architects/Engineers as their new corporate headquarters. Melillo represented the buyer, 87 Colony Street, LLC, while Carl Berman of OR&L represented the seller, the United States Postal Service. In another transaction, Melillo assisted the MBS Corporation in leasing 4,000 s/f of flex space in Taft Park located at 355 Sackett Point Rd. in North Haven. MBS Corporation will use the space as its corporate headquarters for its Re-Bath, LLC franchise.
