Commercial Realty Advisors brokers $385,000 sale
Onset, MA According to Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc., Christopher Bailey, vice president, sold a fully occupied multi-family building located at 14 E Central Ave. The sale closed for $385,000.
This property was part of a three-property portfolio of investment properties. The new owner is a local investor and intends to maintain the three-family home as an income property. Bailey recently sold a second property in this portfolio, 16 Tenth St. A third property from this portfolio is still available.
