Chatham, MA Chatham Boat Company, a renowned full-service boatyard, founded by Paul Avellar and Paula St. Pierre in 2002, has recently sold. The sale of Chatham Boat Company, Beachcomber Boat Tours, and the real estate located at 174 Crowell Rd. was finalized on May 22. Coordinating the sale was Brad Kuhrtz and Craig Campbell, both of Commercial Realty Advisors. Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
