Commonwealth Commercial Advisors arrange 5,300 s/f lease at 50 Congress Street

Tom Robinson of Commonwealth Commercial Advisors recently represented Tucker Saltzman & Dyer in a 5,300 s/f lease at 50 Congress St. The landlord, Nordblom, was represented in-house by vice president Patrick DiGregorio. According to Robinson, Tucker Saltzman & Dyer considered a number of locations in the financial district and in the end chose 50 Congress St. for its first class ownership and management, as well as its convenient location to area amenities.
