Paradigm Properties sign Inkhouse and Lightwave to new leases at 260 Charles Street, Waltham, Mass.

Paradigm Properties welcomes Inkhouse and Lightwave as the newest tenants at 260 Charles St. Inkhouse, a young, fast growing public relations firm, has agreed to a 6 year lease for 11,000 s/f, while Lightwave, a recruiting firm focused on the technology industry, has agreed to a 5 year lease for 3,150 s/f. Dan Krysiak of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented both the building and Inkhouse, as well as the building in the Lightwave transaction, while Warren Brown represented Lightwave. "The two newly executed leases are great for the asset as occupancy is nearing the halfway mark with promising new prospects on the horizon," said John Caldwell, managing director of Paradigm. "The lobby renovation will be done in a few months, which should make it easy to finish leasing the rest of the space." 260 Charles St. is a 51,240 s/f office space constructed in 1886 as the original home of the United States Watch Company. In 2000, the original building structure was fully renovated and a new, 35,000 s/f addition was constructed. The two structures are connected via a four story glass atrium. The building was acquired in July 2012 by Paradigm.
