Connolly and Hawkins of CBRE/New England represent Atlantic Tambone in 22,209 s/f

On behalf of Atlantic Tambone, CBRE/New England completed three leases totaling 22,209 s/f at 6 Kimball Ln. Babcock Power, a global, multi-product privately owned energy and environmental services systems enterprise, began occupying 5,120 s/f on the building's second floor. International Transportation Group (ITG), a privately owned logistics company, took 3,044 s/f on the second floor, beginning occupancy in December 2013. Additionally, Investors Capital, a financial services holding company, has renewed their 14,045 s/f lease on the first and third floors of 6 Kimball Lane. Investors Capital initially occupied a small amount of expansion space in the building several years ago. In 2012, they relocated their entire operation into the building on an interim basis. They have now decided to extend their lease on a more permanent basis. The CBRE/New England team of David Connolly, senior vice president/partner, and Kerry Olson Hawkins, first vice president, represented landlord Atlantic Tambone in the transactions. Kelleher & Sadowsky's Don Mancini represented Babcock Power and Colliers International's Tim Brodigan represented ITG. NAI Hunneman's Jim Boudrot represented Investors Capital. "Babcock Power and ITG are terrific additions to our roster of tenants," noted CBRE/NE's Connolly. "Their decision to bring operations to this Class A property, and Investors Capital's decision to stay, illustrates the value and benefit for tenants at 6 Kimball Lane." Developed in 1999 by Atlantic Tambone, 6 Kimball Lane is a 107,695 square foot, Class A office building located just off Route 128/Interstate 95 at Exit 42 on the Wakefield/Lynnfield line. 6 Kimball Lane is a distinctive four-story building offering the highest quality finishes in all public areas and tenant suites. A dramatic four-story atrium lobby with marble finishes affords individual corporate identity and an abundance of natural light. The building is also accessible to Route 1 and Interstate 93, just minutes from Boston and Logan International Airport. Furthermore, 6 Kimball Lane is within proximity to MarketStreet Lynnfield—a vibrant mixed-use development that will soon be home to Whole Foods, King's, Legal C Bar and Davio's.
