Jones Lang LaSalle Construction completes Warehouse Bar and Grill

Jones Lang LaSalle Construction has completed its work as general contractor for Warehouse Bar and Grill, a new sports bar and restaurant at street level of 40 Broad St. The new restaurant, from Cliff and Toni Dever, features a minimalistic design and industrial aesthetic. The interior build out of the space included: re-finished concrete floors, new wall covering, grey leather booths, a poured concrete bar, unique polished nickel light fixtures, new HVAC systems, and a new kitchen. The architect was Donald Lang out of Newton. The Warehouse kitchen specializes in creative pub fare cuisine prepared by Chef Nathaniel Durost, former executive sous chef of Stephanie's on Newbury. According to Jones Lang LaSalle construction manager Bob Kelly, "Jones Lang LaSalle Construction is pleased to add Warehouse to our restaurant portfolio and bring Cliff and Toni's vision to life. Warehouse is a great addition to the hot downtown neighborhood and we were excited to be a part of the project." Joining Kelly on the Jones Lang LaSalle Construction team for the Warehouse project were superintendents Keith Pearson and Chad Nixon and estimator Chris Hardiman.
