Harden Crawford, executive vice president, and Matthew Keefe, president of HK Group, brokered the $7.8 million sale of 19 Old Kings Hwy. South. The sale price represented $184 per s/f. 19 Old Kings Hwy. South is a 42,376 s/f, three story Class B office building located in downtown Darien within close proximity to the central business district and railroad station. The building was sold to a private New Canaan investment group. The seller was Hall Investments. Both sides of the deal were represented by Crawford and Keefe.
