Crawford of HLC Realty brokers $3.4 million sale
Harden Crawford IV, principal of HLC Realty, LLC, a commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm out of Westport, brokered the sale of Claudia Drive Apartments, 75 Claudia Dr. for $3.4 million. The sale price represented $137 per unit.
Claudia Drive Apartments is a 58,000 s/f, four-story, 53-unit, apartment building. The building was built in 1970, owned and managed by a New Haven real estate investor and sold to a Stamford investor.
The buyer was represented by Crawford IV and the seller was represented by Michael Barbaro of Huntsman-Meade.
