CresaPartners recently represented two law firms, Ross Silverman & Levy, LLP and Roddy Klein & Ryan, in office leases totaling 8,320 s/f. CresaPartners is one of the nation's largest corporate real estate firm specializing in tenant representation. Ross Silverman & Levy, LLP, an immigration law firm, has expanded and extended its lease on the sixth floor at 59 Temple Place to 5,220 s/f. The firm was represented by Rick Lowe, James Topper, and Mike Bannon of CresaPartners.  The landlord of the building is Northland Investments. Roddy Klein & Ryan, a consumer rights law firm, has extended its lease of 3,100 s/f at 727 Atlantic Ave. in Boston. The firm was represented by James Topper and Brandon Leitner of CresaPartners.  The landlord of the building is Gould & Co.
