Burwick of The Katz Co. handle two leases totaling 4,700 s/f

Buckley Insurance Agency, Inc. has signed a lease for 2,700 s/f at 377 Shrewsbury St. Buckley Insurance will be moving from 342 Shrewsbury St. to larger space at 377 Shrewsbury St. They expect to open the new office March 1st. The landlord is Rose Balsamo. Carl and David Burwick of The Katz Companies brokered the lease. O'Neill Realty Trust sold 356 Shrewsbury St., consisting of a 2,000 s/f commercial building and a three decker, to Anthony Vigliotti for $312,500. Carl & David Burwick brokered the sale.   After the sale,  the 2,000 s/f building was leased to Crossfit Center Mass, a functional strength gym. Crossfit is slated to open in mid March. Carl and David Burwick brokered the lease.
