South Burlington, VT Fernando Cresta of Nedde Real Estate completes the lease of retail/warehouse space to Burlington Furniture Company at 747 Pine St. Cresta assisted the landlord, Cresta Cooper Nedde, LLC and the tenant in this transaction.
