Crooks, Sullivan and Subber of CresaPartners handle 21,122 s/f lease

Chris Crooks, Daniel Sullivan, and Adam Subber of CresaPartners in Boston, a corporate real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, recently represented Zipcar in a 21,122 s/f lease at 25 First St. The transaction was one of the largest in Cambridge in the first quarter. Zipcar, one of the world's largest car sharing companies, is expanding its corporate headquarters by 12,931 s/f on the fourth floor of the 220,000 s/f standalone building. The expansion allows Zipcar to better accommodate its current work force. Deb Gould of Cushman & Wakefield and John Caldwell of Paradigm represented the landlord, AEW.
