MetLife R. E. Investments and CDM have renewed the CDM lease at One Cambridge Place. CDM occupies the entire 180,000 s/f office building located in the East Cambridge/Kendall Sq. submarket.
Representing CDM were CresaPartners CEO William Goade and principals Christopher Crooks and Adam Subber. Senior VP, John Miller and Jeffrey Moore of Lincoln Property Co. handled the negotiations for MetLife.
