Cuzzocreo of Pearce Commercial Real Estate handles $3.25m sale
New Haven, CT Jamie Cuzzocreo of Pearce Real Estate, put together a transaction which was a sale/lease back on the property and building located at 10 Liberty St. for $3.25 million.
The seller was Electrix Real Estate Company LLC and the new owner is Vesta Liberty Street LLC. Cuzzocreo was the sole commercial associate in the sale.
The property is 1.73 acres with a 65,528 s/f warehouse zoned for industrial/manufacturing.
