Boston, MA Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has promoted eight brokers in its New England offices. Those promoted include:

• Jay Wagner, executive managing director: Wagner is the co-head of C&W’s Boston-based senior housing capital markets group. 

• Michael O’Leary, executive director: With over 15 years of experience, O’Leary represents tenants and landlords in the leasing of office and lab space in the Rte. 128 Central submarket. 

• Ryan Romano, executive director: Romano provides advisory services for Boston-based global clients and is a member of the Rte. 128 Central team as well as the growth advisory team. 

• Aaron Rosenzweig, managing director: Rosenzweig has been a part of the company’s equity debt & structured finance group since 2011. 

• Connor Barnes, managing director: Barnes is a member of the growth advisory team and the Cambridge advisory services group.

• Evan O’Brien, senior director: He has been with Cushman & Wakefield’s Hartford office since 2005, where he helped form the New Haven County team.

• George O’Connor, director: His expertise is in the south suburban Boston real estate submarket. 

• Elizabeth Donatoni, senior associate: Donatoni focuses primarily on lab, R&D and office space for tenants and landlords in Cambridge and the Longwood Medical Area (LMA).

 She is also a member of the Cushman & Wakefield national Healthcare Practice Group. 

These promotions follow the recent appointments of managing directors Reena Patel and Deanne Munger to leadership roles with the lease administration and lease audit teams, respectively.
