In general, working with and assisting a variety of landlords and tenants/buyers in meeting their real estate objectives.
What major event(s) do you predict for the commercial real estate industry this decade (2010-2019)?
Hopefully the commercial market will stead itself over the next 18 months and then lease/sale prices will increase back to where they were in 2007.
