DeRosa joins b-fresh consulting focusing on issue advocacy and lobbying

Concord, NH Tom DeRosa has joined the team at b-fresh consulting. Tom will focus on issue advocacy and lobbying, both in Concord and at the national level. 

DeRosa, a veteran of several Republican campaigns, was most recently the deputy campaign manager for U.S. senator Kelly Ayotte. 

“Tom is a rising star in New Hampshire,” said b-fresh consulting president Sarah Stewart. “He will leverage his deep policy experience and extensive political network on behalf of our clients. We’re thrilled that he’s joined our team.”
