This 80,000 s/f structure has a green, energy efficient design with abundant windows allowing for a great deal of natural light. The property has ample on-site parking for medical and professional uses accommodating up to 500 vehicles This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to have high visibility and a major presence on I-91. This proposed project follows closely behind two fully-leased, 3-story adjacent office buildings known as the Northampton/I-91 Professional Center, which has become a landmark regional professional office park. This strategic location is just off Exit 18 allowing for convenient travel of employees and visitors from Springfield to Greenfield. This building will be the third class A office building to be built by Development Associates at the I-91, Exit 18 interchange. The first building, located at 8 Atwood Dr., is home to Clinical & Support Options, Inc., New England Dermatology, P.C. and Cooley Dickinson Physical Therapy. The second building, located at 22 Atwood Dr., is home to medical offices from Cooley Dickinson Health Care Corp., an affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. The professional office buildings from Phases 1 & 2 were constructed by R. P. Masiello, Inc. of Boylston, Mass. and are managed by Development Associates. Development Associates also acted as project/construction managers for the entire 75,000 s/f of interior buildouts for all of its tenants.
