DeWolfe and Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties broker $1.607 million sale - and full building lease

15 Robert Bonazzoli Avenue - Hudson, MA

Hudson, MA Tyler DeWolfe and Benjamin Gatti, of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc., brokered the sale of 15 Robert Bonazzoli Ave. A direct deal, DeWolfe and Gatti cultivated the buyer through an aggressive marketing campaign. The 17,995 s/f warehouse building located on 1.52 acres, sold for $1.607 million ($89 per s/f).

In addition to the sale, Gatti and DeWolfe orchestrated a lease back with the previous owner, Chaves Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., to occupy 5,760 s/f. The new owner, The Lab World Group, LLC, is planning to occupy 8,180 s/f, which combined with another lease brought by the DeWolfe/Gatti team in August, will restore the building to 100% occupied.
