Founded in 1990, Meridian Associates started with humble goals – to be the best civil engineering and land surveying firm in the area. The founders operated with a strong sense of clarity on how to achieve those aspirations: integrity, client focus, and responsiveness. Nearly 30 years later, Meridian remains as one of the leading civil engineering and land use planning firms in New England with a robust service offering and a diverse client base. Our services have continually evolved in response to changes in technology and our client demands.
The Meridian of today is a full-service firm that provides aerial & mobile LiDAR, civil engineering, land surveying, laser scanning, renewable energy design, environmental planning, and landscape architecture services.
Our client base is diverse within the region and across market sectors as we work with corporate, commercial, industrial, institutional and public clients. Our scope of services encompasses the complete site design and development process from initial site acquisition studies to final compliance certification, analysis, and implementation.
In 2016, Meridian transitioned to a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) company. We instill a sense of employee-ownership in everything we do. We believe our actions as employee-owners translates to superior firmwide performance resulting in value added results for our clients.
