Diversified Project Mgmt. promotes Oubre, Hamori and Leonard

Diversified Project Management, Inc. has promoted Patrick Oubre and Eva Hamori to the position of senior project planner. The firm also promoted Phil Leonard to the position of VP of operations. All three employees work from DPM's headquarters. Oubre has over 28 years of experience in facilities management, space planning, furniture specification, move coordination and project management. Prior to joining DPM, Patrick worked for an architectural firm as project manager, managing projects for Fidelity Investments and Fila. Patrick also has experience managing relocation projects. Hamori joins Patrick has spent over 20 years working in the real estate and facilities field. Prior to joining DPM, she was the principal of a move consulting project management firm, providing independent relocation consulting services. Hamori has worked for Braun Consulting as a national facilities senior manager and as manager of internal operations. Her responsibilities at Braun Consulting included operations for 12 nationwide offices as well as all build outs and moves. Leonard has over 27 years of experience in facilities planning, design and management, human resources and administrative services. He joined DPM in 2000 as senior project manager before being promoted to project executive in 2001. Leonard provided initial project analysis, developed project strategies, schedule and staffing requirements. He also managed project goals and expectations, provided project oversight and direction and managed staff and vendor performance. Leonard was also responsible for schedule and budget review and problem resolution. Prior to joining DPM, he was manager of facilities and administrative Services for Hills Department Stores, managing the day-to-day operation of three facilities totaling 300,000 s/f.
