Cushman & Wakefield's Minnerly, Plunkett and Bryer lease 10,600 s/f
On behalf of Atlantic Management, Cushman & Wakefield has completed a lease for 10,600 s/f of warehouse space at 53 Teed Dr. Cushman & Wakefield senior directors Catherine Minnerly and J.P. Plunkett and associate Jason Bryer represented the landlord, Atlantic Management, and procured the tenant, B.O.S.S, Inc.
53 Teed Drive is a warehouse building located in the East Randolph Industrial Park and is three minutes from Braintree's five corners.
Atlantic Management provides investors with capital growth through real estate investments
B.O.S.S., Inc. is a delivery and trucking service.
