Diversified retained by Acme Packet to provide project management

Diversified Project Management, Inc. (DPM), has been retained by Acme Packet to provide comprehensive project management services for their ne, 123,000 s/f flagship headquarters. Acme Packet, an industry leader in interactive communications technology, is moving from its 75,000 s/f campus in Burlington to 123,000 s/f of space at 100 Crosby Dr. Bradford Spencer of Grubb & Ellis represented the company in the negotiation and execution of the lease for the office and engineering space, which will give Acme Packet the option on an additional 20,000 contiguous s/f. DPM is providing full project management services, including lease review, property due diligence, construction administration, FF&E coordination and move planning. DPM will work with Acme Packet to manage an aggressive schedule for the full integration of technology by early March in order to meet their planned occupation of the new space on June 1st. Diversified will also assist in coordinating the design team of Dyer Brown Architects and RDK Engineers, as well as Chapman Construction for general contracting services. DPM has previously managed construction and relocation projects for a number of high tech firms, including Akamai Technologies, Constant Contact, L-1 Identity Solutions and Red Hat.
