NESEA presents spring 2010 Sustainability Workshop Series

The Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA) has finalized its Spring 2010 Sustainability Workshop Series scheduled to run in February, March, April and May. An exciting new element to the workshops this year is NESEA's affiliation with the Affordable Comfort, Inc. (ACI) Conferences. The one half-day and three full day workshops scheduled on February 9 in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. will be held the day before the Solutions for Success ENERGY STAR for Homes Conference. The two full-day workshops scheduled on March 3 in Atlantic City, N.J. will be held the day before the ACI New Jersey Home Performance Conference. Attendees receive seven continuing education units for each full day workshop. Half day workshop attendees receive three continuing education units. New this year is the addition of the BPI accreditation. These continuing education credits will be applied to select workshops. Visit www.nesea.org for details. March 3, Atlantic City, N.J.: *Introduction to Photovoltaics, Stephen M. Kurkoski; *Residential Retrofits for Energy Efficiency and Sustainability, Larry Harmon,. March 31, Concord, N.H.: *Residential Retrofits for Energy Efficiency and Sustainability, Larry Harmon; April 15, Brockton, Mass.: *Residential Retrofits for Energy Efficiency and Sustainability, Larry Harmon. May 13, Berlin, Conn.: *Passive House, Paul Eldrenkamp. Each full day workshop fee is $295 and runs from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. The half day workshop, Windows for Northern Climates, fee is $195 and runs 9 a.m. - noon.
