Dole joins Pierce Atwood

Christopher Dole has joined Pierce Atwood as a partner Christopher Dole - Pierce Atwood LLP

Boston, MA Pierce Atwood LLP’s growth continues with the addition of Christopher Dole, a partner with nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and financing. Before joining the firm Dole was an attorney in the Boston law firm Dain, Torpy, Le Ray, Wiest & Garner, P.C, a commercial real estate practice. Before that he was a shareholder in the Boston office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Dole represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of office, multi-family residential, retail, industrial, and warehouse facilities. His clients include institutional investors, public and private companies, pension funds, REITS, private equity funds, developers and other corporate entities.

Dole received his J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School and his A.B. cum laude from Harvard University.  In 2015, Dole was recognized as a “Massachusetts Super Lawyer” in the area of real estate.

Pierce Atwood’s growth strategy is defined by its careful and deliberate addition of well-respected and well-established legal talent in key areas of expertise, who want to be part of the firm’s dedication to client service. Our regional footprint and lean, efficient approach allows our practitioners, new and existing, to provide clients with superior value.

Over the past few years, we regionalized our construction and complex litigation practices by adding seven attorneys from the Providence, firm Little Bulman Medeiros & Whitney PC, doubled our Boston office space, and nearly doubled our attorney roster there by adding lawyers in key practice areas, such as energy, employment, environment, M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate law, construction, real estate, and intellectual property. All of these attorneys arrive having had substantial experience at some of the most well-known firms in Boston and beyond.

These growth efforts are consistent with our goal of being the premier regional law firm in New England, while ensuring that services are provided with the quality, teamwork, and professionalism that people expect from Pierce Atwood attorneys.  In the past year, we have added more than 20 attorneys across virtually all firm offices and disciplines, each of whom reflects our high standards and inclusive culture.

Pierce Atwood LLP, a leading regional law firm, has 140 attorneys who serve regional, national, and international clients from offices in Portland and Augusta, ME; Portsmouth, N.H.; Boston; Providence, R.I.; Stockholm, Sweden; and Washington, DC.
