Micah Shook - GenCon

West Bridgewater, MA Micah Shook has joined GenCon, Inc. as the director of estimating.

Shook draws on his years of experience in different aspects of the construction field to bring the best value to his clients. He holds a BS in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and while there, he worked as a co-op at Lee Kennedy Co. for two semesters in the pre-construction department. Shook then spent two years as assistant superintendent working on Chapter 149 projects and a year at as an assistant project manager where he honed his estimating skills on the projects he was running.

His career as a full time estimator began in 2005 and since then, has been working primarily on hi-end residential and healthcare projects for clients such as: Benchmark Senior Living, Continental Wingate, Veteran’s Affairs, Cape Cod Healthcare, South Coast Healthcare, UMass Memorial Hospital, and the DaVita Dialysis Clinics.
