Donahue Associates and Carol Sullivan Real Estate handle 37,050 s/f sale

Raynham, MA The 37,050 s/f commercial building located at 475 Paramount Dr. has been sold to Cooperative Production, Inc., a well‑established Southeastern Massachusetts nonprofit that provides residential, day, and community‑based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Situated in one of the town’s most active commercial corridors, the property offers access to Rte. 44, Rte. 24, and surrounding regional amenities. Its size, flexible layout, and prime location made it a strong fit for an organization seeking additional operational capacity.

Mark and Betsy Donahue of Donahue Associates represented the seller. Carol Sullivan of Carol Sullivan Real Estate represented the buyer. “We were pleased to assist our client in completing a smooth and successful sale. It’s always gratifying to see a property transition to a buyer with a meaningful mission.” said Betsy Donahue. “Cooperative Production will be able to put this space to excellent use as they continue serving the region.”

The acquisition supports Cooperative Production’s ongoing expansion and reflects the continued strength of the town’s commercial real estate market.
