DTZ FHO Partners brokers two sales for Rugby Realty totaling 178,397 s/f - $10.2m

According to DTZ FHO Partners, Rugby Realty Co., Inc., a New Rochelle, N.Y. real estate firm, has acquired two buildings in the Canton Commerce Center which total 178,397 s/f. 85 Dan Rd. is a single-story, 78,708 s/f office building that sold for $5.1 million and will be leased to Organogenesis for its executive offices. The seller was iStar Financial. 275 Dan Rd. is a single-story, 99,689 s/f flex/R&D and office building sold for $5.1 million and is partially tenanted. The seller was CW Capital of Newton, Mass. Sean Teague and Joseph Fallon, partners, and William Foley, vice president, all of DTZ FHO Partners, represented both Rugby Realty and Organogenesis. Cathy Minnerly and Jason Bryer of Cushman & Wakefield represented iStar Financial in the sale of 85 Dan Rd. Rich Herlihy and Mike Frisoli of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented CW Capital in the sale of 275 Dan Rd.
