Durgin of Conway Commercial completes sale of properties in Norwell, Plymouth & Rockland, MA for $7.5 million

Rockland, MA Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial, brokered the sale of 30 Golf Dr. in Plymouth, 133, 137, & 141 Washington St. in Norwell and 170 Pleasant St. in Rockland.

30 Golf Dr., also known as The Village Racquet & Fitness Club at Pinehills, is a 42,000 s/f facility which includes tennis courts, pickleball court, Olympic size pool, exercise rooms, etc. Durgin represented the seller, BJLK@ SWEAT RT and procured the buyer, SEGESTA LLC. The buyer plans to remodel along with adding basketball & volleyball courts, restaurant, outdoor activities and more. The sale price was $3.2 million.

133, 137 & 141 Washington St. is an office complex consisting of three buildings totaling 24,000 s/f. Durgin represented the seller, JPC Norwell RT while attorney Walter Sullivan represented the buyer, Norwell Holdings, LLC. The sale price was $2.549 million. The buyer has plans to continue to operate them as investment properties.

170 Pleasant St. is an office/warehouse consisting of 12,400 s/f situated on 1.2 acres. Durgin represented the seller, Andrew Bear and procured the buyer, Kim Demello. The sale price was $1.7 million. The property is presently occupied by Heritage Restoration, Inc. who recently signed a long-term lease. According to Durgin there was tremendous interest in the property which resulted in multiple offers.
