The buyer plans to remodel along with adding basketball & volleyball courts, restaurant, outdoor activities and more. The sale price was $3.2 million.
133, 137 & 141 Washington St. is an office complex consisting of three buildings totaling 24,000 s/f. Durgin represented the seller, JPC Norwell RT while attorney Walter Sullivan represented the buyer, Norwell Holdings, LLC. The sale price was $2.549 million. The buyer has plans to continue to operate them as investment properties.
170 Pleasant St. is an office/warehouse consisting of 12,400 s/f situated on 1.2 acres. Durgin represented the seller, Andrew Bear and procured the buyer, Kim Demello.
