Lavelle and Litchfield of O’Brien Commercial Props. assists Wollaston Dev. in $1.5m purchase

Littleton, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties (OCP) brokered the $1.5 million sale of a five-unit building and .5 acre contractor’s yard located at 537 King St., located less than two miles from both Rte. 495 and Rte. 2.

OCP’s Luke Lavelle represented the seller of this property. OCP’s Alan Litchfield represented the buyer, Wollaston Development, which plans to use the property for its landscape and hardscape company.
