Elcock and Goodhue of Meredith & Grew negotiate leases for F.P. Giglio Entertainment totaling 16,545 s/f

Representing the building's owner, F.P. Giglio Enterprises, the Meredith & Grew team of James Elcock and David Goodhue have negotiated five leases totaling 16,545 s/f at 300 Ledgewood Place. Food Tech, LLC executed a 4,733 s/f lease and was represented by Rick Schuhwerk of Jones Lang LaSalle. Control Print Technologies signed a 3,695 s/f lease and was represented by Richard McKinnon of The Grossman Companies. Other leases include: *Newfields Companies, LLC leased 3,539 s/f. *Tangmu Seafood Products Co., Ltd. leased 2,345 s/f. *First National Corporation leased 2,233 s/f. Upon completion in late 2007, 300 Ledgewood Place will consist of 39,000 s/f of first-class office space. This three-story building is located within the campus setting of Ledgewood Office Park. Building amenities include a on-site ownership and management.
