Pembroke, MA Ellis Realty Advisors has completed the sale of 330 Old Oak St. The self-storage facility known as Stor-It is comprised of 48,850 s/f on 3.4 acres.

The building was sold to JEI Ventures who develops and owns a variety of commercial asset properties throughout Eastern Mass. JEI plans to improve the existing facility and develop additional storage units on the site.
