KeyPoint Partners negotiates 5,001 s/f lease to American Red Cross at Summer Hill Plaza
Kingston, MA KeyPoint Partners negotiated a lease with the American Red Cross for a 5,001 s/f space at Summer Hill Plaza. Vice presidents of retail brokerage Don Mace and Rob Grady negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord.
Summer Hill Plaza is a Stop & Shop-anchored shopping center serving Kingston and Duxbury, in immediate proximity to the junction of Rtes. 3, 53 and 3A.
